Garlic Butter Mahimahi

Oil medium pot. Add mahimahi fillet to pot, skin side down. Sprinkle garlic and butter on top. Cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat or until flaky.

Lemon Pepper Salmon

Heat fry pan on medium. Add garlic and olive oil to a pan and cook until fragrant. Add butter and cook until melted. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on salmon to taste. Add salmon to pan skin side down and cook for 9 to 10 minutes on each side. Add spinach to pan for last 1 to 2 minutes.
