Mrs. T's Pork Adobo

ingredients: instructions:
  1. Soak pork in vinegar and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Brown pork in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add vinegar and garlic mixture and bay leaves and simmer for one hour or until tender. Do not stir. If you must to stir, simmer at a lower temperature. If you must add more liquid, add water, not vinegar.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 to 30 minutes more.
  5. Serve with rice.
