Chicken Curry
- Saute ingredients: Preheat oil in a pot, add bite-size pieces of meat and vegetables, and saute well or until the onions are lightly browned
- Add water and simmer: Add about 3 1/2 cups water and simmer until ingredients soften about 15 minutes.
- Add curry sauce mix: Break apart curry sauce mix into the pot and stir until dissolved.
- Simmer: Simmer once more, stirring occasionally (about 10 minutes) or until curry thickens.
- Optional add honey: Add it in Step 2, and after bringing the curry to a boil, simmer at least 20 minutes.
- Note: May replace chicken with other meat.
