- 2 cups leftover Calrose rice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
- ½ pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, diced
- 1 Kamaboko fish cake, diced
- ¾ cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 egg, beaten
- 4 slices of Portuguese sausage
- 2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce
