Lemon Pepper Salmon

Heat fry pan on medium. Add garlic and olive oil to a pan and cook until fragrant. Add butter and cook until melted. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on salmon to taste. Add salmon to pan skin side down and cook for 9 to 10 minutes on each side. Add spinach to pan for last 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve with rice.
