Crustless Quiche

  1. Melt the butter. Whip the eggs until fluffy, and add the flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, melted butter, and half the mild cheese.
  2. If you wish to, add any flavorings or ingredients such as sliced tomato, leeks, onions, zucchini, parsley and etc
  3. Place the mixture in a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and continue to bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned.
  6. Cool, and cut into squares for serving.

Half Crustless Quiche

  1. Melt the butter. Whip the eggs until fluffy, and add the flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, melted butter, and half the mild cheese.
  2. Add any flavorings or ingredients such as 8 ounces ham or mushrooms or spinach
  3. Place the mixture in a greased deep dish pie plate.
  4. Top with the remaining grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and continue to bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned.
  6. Cool, and cut into wedges for serving.
